We recommend getting certified in CPR C, unless you’re in Healthcare or you’re a professional Emergency Responder in which case get CPR BLS.
CPR Level C is the most commonly required certification level. Most employers require C. It certifies you for adult, child, infant, and 2 person CPR.
CPR BLS is the highest standard. It’s required for healthcare professions, such as nursing, dentistry, paramedicine, etc. It certifies you in advanced airway management techniques plus everything in CPR C.
CPR A is for Adult-ONLY CPR. It’s Some employers will require this, but it’s the minimum standard in existence.

We generally recommend choosing Standard First Aid certification instead of Emergency First Aid.
Standard First Aid (SFA) is more comprehensive than Emergency First Aid (EFA).
Most employers require SFA, which is a 2 day course, as it provides a higher level of training more appropriate to work environments.
Some employers will require only EFA, but an SFA certification will cover everything in EFA plus much, much more.
