RESCHEDULING

Offsite Training for corporate clients

If you provide more than 7 business days’ notice before the start of your course to move your course date from one available date on our calendar to another one on our calendar, we will do our best to accommodate you. We cannot promise to transfer your booking from one course to the other date of your choice. If we cannot, then we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you provide less than 7 business days’ notice, then we will not be able to issue a refund. We will make a strong effort with you and/or your organization to change the date of your course but cannot guarantee a date will be available that matches your preference. If online course has been sent and confirmed even if customer has not accessed the course, we will not be able to issue a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

We will NOT be able to issue a refund, however, if you don’t attend your scheduled course, or request to cancel your booking we will do our best to reschedule the appointment.

REFUND POLICY:

ALL BLENDED PUBLIC COURSES & Mask Fit TESTS


You may cancel your enrollment in any blended course within 48 hours of purchase, and you will receive a partial refund, minus a $25 fee. However, after 48 hours have passed, SALES ARE FINAL.

Rescheduling a blended course can be done once by calling or emailing. After that you will be required to pay the additional in person fee $30.


AS of June 22, 2026- To be eligible for the Recertification course, it's necessary to hold an active NON- EXPIRED certification from an approved WSIB provider within Ontario. If you're unable to locate your certificate you will not qualify for the recertification course. All Mask Fit Testing’s are FINAL SALES, including failed test. Please contact us prior to booking if you are unsure.
